Judge Rules: Protesters should not have been evicted from Zuccotti park #Occupy Wall street

During a public hearing held by New York Mayor Bloomberg that prevented Occupy Wall Street protesters from entering a Judge ruled that it was unlawful to evict protestors from Zuccotti park in the early hours of this morning.

Protesters are now heading back to Zuccotti park to re-occupy!

Protesters are now set to return to Zuccotti park as they decide how to sleep through the expected rainfall without tents or sleeping bags. Protesters who are very tired as they have been displaced from their camp since 1am are now deciding whether to attempt to enter the park or leave temporarily

Contrary to the instruction of the court order issued by US judge earlier this morning. Mayor Bloomberg has told the NYC police force to not allow protesters access to Zuccotti Park.

Occupy Wall Street activists are currently in high spirits even though thousands of dollars of their personal belongings  including tents were forcibly removed by police.

LATEST:

Police arrest woman in wheel chair as they attempt to disperse activists. Protesters have been trying to help her as many police officers stand by and watch. It is thought that the woman in the fallen wheelchair may be called ‘Priscilla’.
